This presentation is geared to equip you with a set of equations that will help yo provide a systematic perspective in conceptualizing Annual Giving and will inspire you to explore a different way of navigating the fundraising landscape. Covered in this presentation are equations that lend the audience some tools to help build an effective annual giving program that fits within the context of big-picture development strategies.

This session focuses on working collaboratively to reimagine our approach to major gift fundraising. Within the last 2 years, UT Southwestern has built a new major gift infrastructure focused on smaller portfolios filled with better qualified prospects. Attendees will understand how prospect research and gift officer teams are working hand-in-hand at every phase of the major gift life cycle.
